Language, Emotions and Well-being 4 hour class

Language, Emotions, and Well-being is a transformational workshop where you’ll learn how your words, emotions, and physical well-being are deeply connected.
 
Option to include: Eye Photos: At the end of class, we will be taking eye photos for the Eye Talk session included with your class. If you wear contacts, please be prepared to take them out so we get the best photo possible. Bring any contact solution or container you may require for ease.  You will schedule for an eye talk session follow up.
